Sales price
The sales price for each Comet plan is shown on the pricing page and checkout screen. The English pricing page displays prices in U.S. dollars.
Free: $0 / month
Pro: $4.99 / month or $49.90 / year
Team: $9.99 / seat / month or $99.90 / seat / year
The Team plan is currently planned for a future release.
The actual price, currency, free trial, renewal date, and billing terms shown in Stripe Checkout or the billing screen will apply.
Additional fees
Internet connection fees, data communication fees, device costs, and any other costs required to access the service are the responsibility of the user.
Payment method
Payment can be made by credit card or other payment methods supported by Stripe.
Payment timing
Paid plans are charged at the time of subscription. If a free trial applies, billing starts after the trial period ends. Subscriptions automatically renew on each renewal date unless canceled.
Service availability
Paid features become available after payment confirmation and account plan activation. Activation may take some time.
Cancellation
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the account menu or billing portal. After cancellation, paid features may remain available until the end of the current billing period.
Refund policy
Due to the nature of digital services, payments are generally non-refundable after completion, except where required by law or separately approved by us.
Operating environment
Comet is designed for use in modern web browsers. Some features may not work correctly on older browsers, unsupported devices, or unstable network environments.
